1. Service Usage
All services are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason deemed appropriate by management.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details and contact information during booking.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Failure to show up or last-minute cancellations may result in service charges or denial of future bookings.
3. Payments
All services must be paid in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, UPI, and other approved digital payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Service Limitations
While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, scratches, or damages.
Shinex Speedy Wash is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or valuables left inside it.
Customers are advised to remove personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.
